Scoro Backlog Prioritization with Ducalis
Scoro is great for planning and doing the work. But a default priority field is a weak way to rank a backlog: there are no shared criteria, no team estimates and no score you can explain to stakeholders.
Ducalis has no native Scoro integration, so the tasks move through a CSV file: import them, score them with the criteria your team agrees on and take the ranked list back.
How to prioritize Scoro tasks
- Export the tasks from Scoro to a CSV file. If export is not available on your plan, copy them into Google Sheets and download the sheet as CSV.
- Import the file into a Ducalis board and map the columns to issue fields. See CSV import.
- Choose a framework or your own criteria and invite the team. Each teammate scores the tasks against the criteria, and Ducalis calculates the priority.
- Export the ranked list to an Excel-friendly CSV and update the order in Scoro. See Export data.
