Prioritize Google Forms Responses with Ducalis
Google Forms is great for collecting feedback. But a spreadsheet of form responses has no prioritization options: similar requests stay scattered and nobody can see which ones matter most.
Ducalis has no native Google Forms integration, so the responses move through a CSV file: import them, score them with the criteria your team agrees on and take the ranked list back.
How to prioritize Google Forms responses
- Export the Google Forms responses to a CSV file (open the linked Google Sheet and download it as CSV).
- Import the file into a Ducalis board and map the columns to issue fields. See CSV import.
- Choose a framework or your own criteria and invite the team. Each teammate scores the responses against the criteria, and Ducalis calculates the priority.
- Export the ranked list to an Excel-friendly CSV and update the order in Google Forms. See Export data.
Collecting feature requests? Import the responses as Ideas on a voting board instead, so customers can vote and follow the status. See Import Ideas via CSV.

Collect feedback in Ducalis
To skip the export step, collect requests where you prioritize them: a feedback widget in your product or a public voting board.
