Easy Projects Backlog Prioritization with Ducalis

Easy Projects is great for planning and doing the work. But a default priority field is a weak way to rank a backlog: there are no shared criteria, no team estimates and no score you can explain to stakeholders.

Ducalis has no native Easy Projects integration, so the tasks move through a CSV file: import them, score them with the criteria your team agrees on and take the ranked list back.

How to prioritize Easy Projects tasks

  1. Export the tasks from Easy Projects to a CSV file. If export is not available on your plan, copy them into Google Sheets and download the sheet as CSV.
  2. Import the file into a Ducalis board and map the columns to issue fields. See CSV import.
  3. Choose a framework or your own criteria and invite the team. Each teammate scores the tasks against the criteria, and Ducalis calculates the priority.
  4. Export the ranked list to an Excel-friendly CSV and update the order in Easy Projects. See Export data.
