BugHerd Bug Prioritization with Ducalis
BugHerd is great for collecting bug reports right from the page. But a long list of reports does not tell you which bug to fix first, and a default priority label rarely reflects impact, reach and effort.
Ducalis has no native BugHerd integration, so the bugs move through a CSV file: import them, score them with the criteria your team agrees on and take the ranked list back.
How to prioritize BugHerd bugs
- Export the bugs from BugHerd to a CSV file. If export is not available on your plan, copy them into Google Sheets and download the sheet as CSV.
- Import the file into a Ducalis board and map the columns to issue fields. See CSV import.
- Choose a framework or your own criteria and invite the team. Each teammate scores the bugs against the criteria, and Ducalis calculates the priority.
- Export the ranked list to an Excel-friendly CSV and update the order in BugHerd. See Export data.
